Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP as well as hapless father Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and all in between. My family relocated to America. At the age of one and a quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents were my inspiration and I worked to be successful. My plan of life was as follows: I'd go to university, get a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy the house. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different goals. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I had wasted my time for an income. As I navigated my way through a different job, I realized that I was meant to become personal trainer. I loved working out, I liked being social and I loved helping others. The year 2014 was the year I began my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. Since I am an Asian female working in the field, we are among the few of us. To be a leader in my field and provide quality coaching to enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and help them achieve their goals. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional career, the death of my mother was the greatest loss to me. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is now resting at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we require. In so many ways, my mom's death changed me. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to experience her loss. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time to go on into her new chapter, and my chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like I am alive. My intention in sharing my experience is to let you know that you're not the only one. I would like you to be aware that love exists and that therapy can be common. Your health is truly your greatest asset. Since death is the only thing that we can have, I hope you enjoy your life and die with no regrets.
