Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born 28th October 1967 in Atlanta in the United States to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. The fourth generation of the Roberts generation living in Atlanta from her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. She inherited her father's interest in theatre from an early stage. While attending Emory University in 1952 he acted in productions on campus as well as in other parts of Atlanta. He joined the Air Force in 1953. While being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi, he appeared in an military production starring Betty Lou Bredemus who was an air force member as well. The couple got married in 1955. Their first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was studying at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. The year 1957 was the year they quit the Air Force and Walter began studying at Tulane University. In 1960, the couple moved to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working at Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter and Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the local Saturday morning children's show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies, which they funded themselves. They later founded the Actors and Writers Workshop which continued for six seasons. They were joined by Lelisa Billingsley (also called Lisa) and Julia (also known as Julie) at the time.
